Context
A recurring relationship of four years, with seven projects across four of the Institute’s departments.
My role
- GGT 2026 planning (Feb–Mar 2026): methodology and facilitation of the in-person meeting and writing of the official planning document.
- GGT goal review (Aug–Sep 2025): workshop facilitation, executive summary and validation with leadership.
- GGT 2025 planning (Feb–Mar 2025): in-person workshop with the governance and technology team, report and roadmap.
- GAT planning (Jan–Mar 2024): one-pager of the strategic narrative and report with strategy map, indicators and responsibilities.
- Taxonomy of educational problems (Apr–Jun 2023): taxonomy manual and service charter for the unit that receives school management requests.
- GPI strategy (Nov 2022 – Mar 2023): scope, schedule and risk management, and reporting to the client.
- Macro-process blueprint (Nov 2022 – Feb 2023): workshops and in-depth interviews to formalize GIPPE’s macro-processes, validated by the other areas.
